1. Reservations & Check-In

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.

• No-shows will be charged one night’s stay at the applicable rate.

3. Payment & Charges

• All charges must be settled before departure.

• SM Hotel accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

4. Guest Conduct

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A ₦50,000 cleaning fee applies for violations.

• Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are not permitted.

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 12:00 AM.

5. Liability & Valuables

• SM Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Safety deposit boxes are available in rooms for valuables.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

7. Events & Facilities

• Use of event spaces must be booked in advance.

• Guests must comply with capacity limits and hotel staff instructions during events.

8. Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lagos State, Nigeria.
